About
Meet Stephen Sisk
Stephen Sisk is the founder of Cincinnatus Media Works. He's a broadcast editor, producer and AI builder who has spent his whole career making television look easy, even when it isn't. Clean edits, steady signals and a show that hits air on time: that's the job, and he loves it.
Career
Stephen learned broadcasting at WNAS, a high school station billed as the first student-run radio station in America. There he called sports, ran the board, wired studios, wrote scripts and cut his first edits. His career since has run through news photography and editing, commercial and music-video production, live sports directing and replay, and master control at several TV stations and networks. He has worked with Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, Edius, After Effects, Tricaster and broadcast automation systems, and he still remembers when everything lived on Betacam.
Television & broadcast
For more than six years Stephen supervised a master control department overseeing 20+ broadcast signals and OTT streams, writing the procedures, running quality control and keeping clients on air. Since 2022 he has edited newscast segments and on-screen graphics for multiple newsrooms with Coastal Television. All told, that's 20+ years of professional broadcast work.
AI work
Today Stephen is Client Acquisition & AI Specialist at TV Masters, a broadcast distribution company. There he integrates and supervises AI workflows for research, automation and efficiency while keeping broadcast-grade quality controls in place. He builds teams of AI agents that handle real production and office work, and he's helping bring AI tools to independent and low-power TV stations, including TV Masters' upcoming Master Scheduler. His rule: AI has to hold up on a real broadcast day, for a real crew.
Fun fact
Stephen once traded the control room for the spotlight as a contestant on Wheel of Fortune (aired December 27, 2023). He solved the very first toss-up of the night, PINBALL MACHINE, and charmed Pat Sajak with his love of rock festivals and mosh pits.
